Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to purchases from KAC Huggett Trade LLC on testedmcp.com through Stripe.

Expedited ($49, 48h) and Priority ($99, 24h) tests

Missed window = full refund. If we don't publish your results within the purchased window, you get a full refund, automatically or on request to support@testedmcp.com.
The window starts once we have both your payment and a complete submission (public repo/package URL and install instructions).
Delays caused by your package (for example a broken install, required credentials you didn't provide, or a private repo) don't count as a missed window. We'll tell you what's missing.
If we decline your submission before testing it, we refund in full.
A low score, an "auth-gated" result or a "failed" result isn't grounds for a refund. Scores can't be bought or changed by payment.

Cancel anytime by emailing support@testedmcp.com from the address used at checkout. We confirm by email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your slot stays live until then.
No prorated refunds for partial months.
If we remove your placement for reasons other than a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused portion of the current period, pro rata.

Refunds go to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. Timing depends on your bank.
