Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of testedmcp.com (the "Site"), operated by KAC Huggett Trade LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Site is
TestedMCP publishes the results of automated tests of MCP servers and AI-agent tools. Results reflect the version and date tested. They are informational only, are not a warranty that any tool is safe, secure or fit for a purpose, and may become outdated.
2. Editorial independence
Payment affects only placement (Featured or Sponsor slots) or testing speed (Expedited or Priority). Payment never changes scores, rankings within scored results, or test outcomes. We test paid submissions with the same methodology as free ones (see /methodology/). We are not affiliated with any listed vendor unless a disclosure says otherwise.
3. Paid products
Sold through Stripe Checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Prices are in USD and include applicable tax.

- The test window starts when we receive both your payment and a complete submission (public repo/package URL and install instructions).
- We may decline or refund any submission or sponsorship we consider unlawful, malicious, misleading, or a security risk.
- A test may result in a low score or a "failed" status. That outcome isn't grounds for a refund.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled by email to support@testedmcp.com. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund/).
4. Sponsor and advertiser content
You are responsible for your logo, copy and links, and you confirm that you have the rights to them. We label all paid placements. We may edit or remove sponsor content that violates law or these terms.
5. Data license
Test data (for example /data/scored.json) is licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Attribute "TestedMCP (testedmcp.com)". Site design, text and logos are not covered by that license unless stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
Don't disrupt the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, submit malicious packages, or misrepresent our results (for example, claiming a score you didn't receive).
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE, DATA AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Installing any tool listed here is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue: the state courts located in Oconto County, Wisconsin.
